HazelHOSKENOf Praze, passed away peacefully at Little Trefewha Residential Home. Praze, on Friday 13th March 2020 aged 90 years. Beloved wife of Jim (deceased), a much loved mum, nanny and great-nan. A private cremation will take place and a celebration of Hazel's life held at a later date.
